Enterprise Architecture (CTO)

Identify, create, translate and implement enterprise business solutions, delivering business value through the alignment of strategy, architecture, innovation and the practical application of technology. Translate and communicate business need, define solution(s) (technology, services, people, and processes) and implementation model. Provide leadership, management and programme governance based on structured approaches, frameworks and methods.


Creative thought leadership, envisioning, conceptualising and developing business initiatives through strategic insight to emerging technologies, market and industry trends and business innovation. Design, develop and author IP (Intellectual Property), strategic proposals and business plans aligned to business goals and objectives. In addition to technologies, provide effective strategic advice across related business functions including services, product, sales, marketing and commercial.

Strategic New Business

Structured management, development and leadership of business, services and technology propositions including commercial and legal alignment/insight for the full sales engagement cycle in pursuit of new business opportunities. The capability covers technology and solutions offerings, services engagements (consulting, systems integration, transition and transformation and outsourcing) and independent start-ups (new ventures).

Business Improvement

Management of business and technological change adapting, designing and implementing more effective, efficient and innovative methods and approaches for business, people, process and technology, to deliver operational efficiencies, service improvements and business advantage. This also includes service and technology improvements (IT Service, method, and project improvement programmes) advising businesses on the more effective use of IT.

Business Turnaround

Effective audit and risk management and creative problem solving to achieve business rescue, turnaround and protection. In additional to technology, service and solution integrity, this encompasses commercial, legal and financial oversight and assessment of overall business alignment and viability (ROI, business benefits, technology capability).

The capability also includes project/programme reviews/assessments looking at goals and objectives, status (current state versus future state), people, planning (progress), procurement, business needs, design, method approach and requirements.

Consulting and Advisory Services

In addition to the previous services described we are able to offer tailored consultancy services.
